bookings are accepted by Tahitian Vacations and Great Destinations Travel
PRICE
VALIDITY: MARCH 31, 2003 - APRIL 1, 2004
RESERVATION,
PAYMENT POLICIES AND INFORMATION
DEPOSITS
AND FINAL PAYMENTS
A nonrefundable deposits of **$500 per person is required within 14 days
of confirmation in order to hold your reservation. Final payment is to
reach Tahitian Vacations, Great Destinations no later than 60 days prior
to departure. If for any reason your deposit or balance payment is not
received by Tahitian Vacations, Great Destinations on or before due date,
we reserve the right to cancel the booking and to access the appropriate
cancellation charges. Deposits and final payment may be made by check
or credit card.
**Exceptions:
Some exclusive resorts have different deposit and payment requirements.
If that is the case for the hotel or resort being booked, you will be
advised by Tahitian Vacations, Great Destinations at the time of the booking.
These requirements will be additional to those laid out herein.

RATES
AND FARES
All fares and prices stated are based on rates of currency exchange valid
at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. The
operator reserves the right to increase the prices shown herein or to
amend the listed holiday inclusions or itineraries prior to final payment.

AMENDMENTS
For each change to a confirmed booking (including the changing of departure
dates) a charge of $25 will be applied for extra handling. If documents
have been sent out, a charge of $50 will be applied to expedite processing
and ensure prompt delivery of your new travel documents. The charges provided
for in this paragraph are in addition to the charges or penalties which
may be assessed by the validating airline for reissue of tickets.

LATE
BOOKINGS
Bookings made within 45 days of departure will only be accepted if accompanied
by full payment. A late booking fee of $25 per person will be applied
to cover additional handling and ensure speedy processing.

CANCELLATIONS
For written cancellations received by Tahitian Vacations, Great Destinations
the following cancellation policy will apply in addition to any other
fees charged by the relevant hotel, or other supplier:
45 days or
more prior to departure: $500.00 per person.
16 - 44 days
prior to departure: 25% of tour cost per person.
8 - 15 days
prior to departure: 50% of tour cost per person.
0-7 days
of departure or later: 100% of tour cost.
**Exceptions:
Some exclusive resorts may have more restrictive cancellation policies.
You will be advised of these at time of booking by Tahitian Vacations,
Great Destinations. Most airline tickets are not refundable. We highly
recommend Travel Insurance by all parties.

REFUNDS
No refund will be given after the trip has started. If it is believed
that a refund is appropriate under the provisions of these terms and conditions,
the applicant must request the refund in writing and support the application
with appropriate documents, within one month of return home.

TRAVEL
INSURANCE
We strongly advise that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance
policy to cover all aspects of your holiday including the loss of deposit
through cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury
and death, etc. Tahitian Vacations, Great Destinations will assist you
with the purchase of travel insurance if required. Listed below are a
few companies that sell travel insurance, we do not recommend any company
over another one.

TOUR
DOCUMENTS
Approximately 2 weeks prior to scheduled departure, Tahitian Vacations,
Great Destinations will mail out your travel documents provided full payment
has been received.

IMMIGRATION
AND HEALTH
U.S. and Canadian citizens must have a valid passport, and it must be
valid three months after return to the United States. Citizens of countries
other than U.S. or Canada should consult with the Tahiti Consulate to
determine if visas are necessary. It is the responsibility of the passenger
to obtain all necessary entry documentation required prior to departure.

BAGGAGE
Passengers are advised to carry only one piece of baggage per person,
as well as a carry on bag for the airline cabin. Some of the smaller resorts
are accessible by seaplane or helicopter only, and may impose additional
restrictions. Check with Tahitian Vacations, Great Destinations at time
of booking. The restrictions are maximum 60 pounds per person for the
domestic planes. If your luggage exceeds the maximum weight the domestic
and international carriers may charge excess baggage charges.

TOUR
PRICE INCLUDES
Accommodation as listed, based on twin/double occupancy; all transfers
from arrival in Papeete to hotel or resort including any necessary domestic
air flights or charters; meals where specified at all-inclusive properties
or at those properties where meal inclusions are mandatory; all local
Tahiti VAT (value added tax). Prices for singles, triples and children
are available upon request.

Passport or visa application fees; airport departure taxes (current taxes
from Los Angeles are $13.95 per person for Non US citizens, optional sightseeing
, scuba diving, travel insurance, personal items, porterage, boutique
purchases, beverages or tipping.

PRICING
INFORMATION
Prices include the cost of tour components as listed in the quote, research
and planning, and documentation. Due to industry regulations package prices
are not subject to itemizing components. All information in this brochure
is accurate as of January 2002, and is subject to change without notice
if required.

and does not own aircraft or resorts. The flights, resort stays, and other
arrangements are provided by carriers and hoteliers on their own conditions.
Therefore, all bookings with Tahitian Vacations, Great Destinations are
subject to terms and conditions and limitations imposed by airlines, hoteliers
and other service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Great Destinations, which trades as Tahitian Vacations, acts as agent
for services provided by operators herein and cannot be held liable for
any of those providing services listed in this brochure or any other services
incidental thereto. Further, the responsibilities of air carriers are
limited in accordance with international agreements and tariffs.
Baggage and
personal effects are the passenger's own risk and it is the responsibility
of the passenger to obtain insurance against loss or damage.
Tahitian
Vacations, Great Destinations and the operators involved in this program
shall be exempt from all liability for losses or additional expenses in
respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness, or injury, irrespective
of the cause, including strikes, war, quarantine and whether or not directly
or indirectly caused by any service provided or by a service provider,
or by any property used or utilized by a service provider.
Tahitian
Vacations, Great Destinations reserves the right to correct any errors
or omissions of information on the website or in this brochure, prior
to final payment being received by Tahitian Vacations, Great Destinations.
