The resort exudes carefree elegance with its 100 carefully appointed villas consisting of romantic over-the-water and beach villas perfect for families. There are 10 different types to choose from at the St. Regis. The exquisitely designed villas range from 1,550 square feet to 13,000 square feet.
The Overwater Villas are the largest standard overwater accommodations in the South Pacific! They are 1,550 square feet featuring a large bedroom with a king bed, terrace with a private dining gazebo overlooking the lagoon, and the resort’s main beach. There is also an air-conditioned sitting room, an Italian marble bathroom with double sinks, full bath, and separate shower and an outdoor shower. Guests staying in the Overwater Villa are located close to all the main public areas of the resort.
Stay in the Overwater Royal Otemanu Villa with Pool and guests will not only have all the luxuries of the overwater bungalow and be able to access the lagoon right from their terrace, but also have a private infinity-edge swimming pool over the lagoon. The bungalow also has a glass floor that makes watching the fish go by so easy and calming! Villas can be one- or two-bedrooms and have views of Mount Otemanu off in the distance. This villa sleeps three to six people.
The Reefside Royal Garden Two-Bedroom Villa with Pool is a fabulous option for families, as its two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms allows for much needed space to stretch out for every family member. Guests will have easy access to a large swimming pool that looks out over the ocean. There are also stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and sunrises over Taha’a and Raiatea in the distance. This villa option in one of the largest at the resort at 3,961 square feet. These villas are also very close to the Spa Miri Miri by Clarins.
And the largest and most distinctive accommodation option anywhere on Bora Bora is quite possibly the Royal Estate. It is 13,000 square feet and a completely private area closed on three sides with coral walls. The only other wall actually opens up to a private beach facing Bora Bora’s Mount Otemanu. This high-end option has three separate pavilions around a sundeck in the center of the villa. It has three bedrooms, two living rooms, a chef’s kitchen, four bathrooms, and a dining room with sunset viewing deck. The master bedroom leads into a spa treatment area. The beautiful Venetian stucco wall treatments, Italian marble, noble wood make this a true, over-the-top Polynesian luxury experience. The Royal Estate holds up to nine people and can include a private chef, if desired.
